HealAssist always spends the wallet credit that expires soonest first, and credit with no expiry last — so nothing runs out while newer credit sits unused.

What is a credit note, and why is one in my receipts?

A HealAssist credit note is the receipt for a refund. It appears in your receipts list, linked to the original receipt, with its own downloadable PDF.

How do I check where my refund has got to?

HealAssist has no refund tracker. Your cancelled appointment shows only two refund messages — so check your receipts for a credit note, and your bank for the money.

Every payment you make through HealAssist has a receipt in your account, downloadable as a PDF. There is no GST line on it, and the receipt explains why.

Where is the record of the voucher I paid for?

Every voucher you have bought on HealAssist is listed in your wallet with its code and expiry, and its receipt is filed under Account then Receipts.
