Every successful HealAssist payment issues a Receipt. Find them under Account → Receipts, open one for the full breakdown, and download the PDF. If your account has an email address, a copy is emailed to you automatically with the PDF attached. Refund paperwork — credit notes — appears in the same list.
HealAssist issues a Receipt for every successful payment you make through the platform, such as a booking fee or a voucher. Here is where they live and how to get your copies.
How do you view and download a receipt?
Open Account → Receipts
Sign in and open the Receipts page in your account. Every receipt is listed with its date, amount, and receipt number.
Open a receipt for the breakdown
Each receipt page shows the full breakdown: what you paid, any offer discount, and how much came from wallet credit versus card or UPI.
Download the PDF
Use the download action on the receipt. Right after a payment the PDF may still be preparing — give it a moment and try again. If a download still will not open after that, contact your HealAssistant.
When does the receipt email arrive?
Automatically — you do not have to request it. When your receipt is issued, HealAssist emails it to the email address recorded on the receipt, with the PDF attached and a link to the receipt in your account. It is a transactional email, so it arrives regardless of your marketing preferences.
You can sign up with just your mobile number, so an account may have no email address on it. If yours does not, there is nowhere to send the receipt — add an email to your profile and future receipts will be emailed to you. Your receipts are always available in your account regardless.
What does the receipt number mean?
A HealAssist payment receipt number looks like HA-RCPT-2026-000123: the year is the Indian fiscal year (April to March) and the sequence is issued gap-free within it — useful when quoting a receipt to support, your insurer, or your accountant.
