It depends where the credit came from. Referral credit expires 90 days after it is granted. Welcome credit, cashback and money refunded to your HealAssist wallet do not expire at all. HealAssist warns you on your mobile before referral credit runs out, and spends the soonest-expiring credit first.
Not all HealAssist wallet credit behaves the same way. Some of it has a deadline and some of it does not, and which is which depends entirely on where it came from.

How HealAssist warns you before referral credit expires
HealAssist sends you a message before your referral credit runs out. It goes to your mobile — by SMS or WhatsApp — so you do not need an email address on your HealAssist account to be warned.
Your wallet page also shows it: when you have credit about to expire, the wallet displays how much is going and the date it goes. It is one warning covering your credit, not a separate date printed against every line in your history.
HealAssist spends your expiring credit first
You never have to choose which credit is used. When you apply wallet credit at booking checkout, HealAssist draws from the credit that expires soonest, and only then from credit with no deadline. So simply using your wallet protects the credit that was about to run out.
