The consultation fee you pay at booking is the hospital's or doctor's own fee — HealAssist collects it and passes the entire amount to the hospital. Things you choose to buy on HealAssist, like vouchers and offers, are priced on their own terms.

Yes. When you create your account with your mobile number or email, your date of birth is checked at signup and you must be 18 or older. You can still arrange care for a family member from your own account.

No. HealAssist charges patients no platform, service or booking fee, and takes no margin on the consultation fee — when your payment succeeds, the full amount is recorded as owed to the hospital.

No. Your mobile number is your HealAssist identity, and the voucher is issued to it. HealAssist sends your voucher code to you and lists the voucher in your HealAssist wallet, so you can find it again without an email address on your account.

No. Getting and comparing HealAssist quotes is free and commits you to nothing — you decide if and when to book.
