Grievance Redressal

HealAssist is committed to protecting your personal data in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDPA) and applicable TRAI regulations.

Raise a grievance

If you have a complaint about how HealAssist collects, uses, or shares your personal data, file it here. You do not need to be signed in. HealAssist will acknowledge your grievance within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days, and you will get a reference number as soon as you submit it.

If you give an email, HealAssist sends the acknowledgement of your grievance there. Give an email or a phone number — either is enough.

Include the date the concern arose and any detail that helps HealAssist find the record.

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDPA, 2023.
