How to raise a grievance

If you have a complaint about how HealAssist collects, uses, or shares your personal data, please contact our Data Protection Officer:

Turnaround: We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within 30 days.

What to include in your complaint

  • Your full name and contact details
  • A clear description of your concern
  • The date the concern arose
  • Any supporting evidence (screenshots, emails)

Escalation

If you are not satisfied with our response, you may approach the Data Protection Board of India once it is constituted under the DPDPA, 2023.
