The HealAssist wallet is where your credit lives — rewards, refunds, and goodwill credits — ready to use against your next booking. Here is how it fills up, how it spends, and how to read your balance.
Where does HealAssist wallet credit come from?
Wallet credit is added when you: earn a referral reward, receive welcome credit for creating your account with your mobile number, get a refund issued to your wallet, or receive a goodwill adjustment from the support team.
One rule to know: if you sign up with a referral code, you receive the referral reward instead of the standard welcome credit — one or the other, never both.
How is your wallet balance calculated?
The balance on your wallet page is your available balance: every credit minus every debit, minus anything currently reserved for a payment in progress. The wallet page also lists your full history — each credit and debit with what it was for. Find it under Account → Wallet.
How do you spend wallet credit?
At booking checkout you choose whether to use your wallet credit. Turn it on and your available credit is applied to the amount due, and you pay any remainder by card, UPI, or the other options shown at checkout. Leave it off and you pay the full amount — your credit stays in your wallet for next time.
You never have to pick which individual credit is used; HealAssist draws from your credits for you.
Does HealAssist wallet credit expire?
It depends on where the credit came from. Referral credit — what you earn when someone you referred pays for their first booking — expires 90 days after it is granted. Welcome credit, cashback and money refunded to your HealAssist wallet do not expire.
HealAssist warns you before referral credit expires: your wallet page shows how much is about to expire and the date it goes, and you also get a reminder message. Once credit has expired it cannot be spent or restored, so use it on a booking before that date.
