How do I check where my refund has got to?

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Check your receipts for a credit note, then check your bank statement. Your cancelled appointment only speaks while a refund request is under review or if it was declined — once the refund goes through it says nothing at all, so do not sit waiting for it to change.
You cancelled, you are owed money, and you want to know where it has got to. HealAssist does not have a refund tracker — but it does have one signal you can rely on completely.
Where to look, and what it means
| What you see | What it means |
|---|---|
| Your cancelled appointment says "Refund request submitted — under review" | A HealAssist team member is reviewing your request. Nothing has moved yet. |
| Your cancelled appointment says "Refund request was declined" | The request was not approved. If you think that is wrong, contact your HealAssistant. |
| A credit note has appeared in your receipts | HealAssist has processed the refund and recorded it. Now look for the money on your bank or card statement. |
| Wallet credit has appeared in your HealAssist wallet | If part of what you paid came from your wallet, that part is returned there when the refund succeeds. |
Why does my appointment not say the refund is done?
Because the appointment does not track it. It tells you while a request is under review, and it tells you if the request was declined — but once the refund actually goes through, the appointment stays quiet and stays marked as cancelled. That silence is not a sign that anything is wrong. Check your receipts and your bank statement instead.
