Which support channel should you use?

All three channels are staffed 24/7 — pick whichever suits the moment. WhatsApp is easiest if you want to share a photo of a bill, prescription, or hospital counter demand. Phone suits anything urgent while you are at the hospital. Email works best when you need a written record or want to attach documents.

If you already have a treatment case with HealAssist, your HealAssistant is your named point of contact and knows your case — reach them the same way.

How do you file a complaint?

If something went wrong — with a hospital, a doctor, or HealAssist itself — file a complaint. You can do it signed in, where you can link it to your case, hospital, or doctor and then track its status from your account; you can also file one without an account. HealAssist resolves complaints within one day.

When do you raise a formal grievance instead?

A formal grievance is a separate, legal instrument for data-protection matters — how your personal data was collected, used, corrected, or erased. It is acknowledged within 48 hours and resolved within 30 days, and it goes to HealAssist's Data Protection Officer rather than the support queue. Raise a formal grievance.

For anything about your treatment, booking, quote, payment, or hospital experience, a complaint is the right route — it is faster.
