What does the price-lock cover?
Your quoted package price is final. The only exception: if your doctors medically require additional intervention — for example, an unplanned procedure your condition makes necessary — the change is always explained to you and consented first. Nothing is added silently.
The price-lock applies to the HealAssist package price on your quote. Costs your care team has told you are outside the package (and anything you add on your own, like a room upgrade) are separate.
