Emergencies: call 112 or 108 first

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
HealAssist is not an emergency service. In a medical emergency, call 112 (all emergencies) or 108 (ambulance), or go to your nearest emergency room immediately. Once the patient is stable, HealAssist can help you plan follow-up care — support is available 24/7.
HealAssist arranges planned hospital care — consultations, quotes, admissions, and insurance coordination. It is never a substitute for emergency services. This page explains what to do in a medical emergency and how HealAssist can help once the situation is under control.
Why you should not use HealAssist in an emergency
HealAssist has no emergency response team and no SOS feature. Booking a consultation or messaging support cannot dispatch an ambulance to you. In an emergency every minute matters — call 112 or 108, or reach the nearest emergency room first.
HealAssist support is available 24/7 on phone, WhatsApp, and email for help with the platform — but 24/7 support is not emergency response.
How HealAssist helps after the patient is stable
Once the immediate emergency is handled, HealAssist can help you plan what comes next — a specialist consultation, comparing hospitals for further treatment, or insurance and government-scheme paperwork.
Patients with an active HealAssist case can request planned ambulance transfer between hospitals, pickup and drop, meals, or accommodation support through their HealAssistant — availability is confirmed for each request.
