HealAssist is a hospital-discovery and procedure-quote platform: you tell us what care you need, and we show you hospitals, doctors, and package prices side by side, then coordinate your treatment. Here is the whole journey in three steps.
How do you get treatment through HealAssist?
Tell us who needs care
Pick the treatment or specialty and share a first name, mobile number, and city — that is all the enquiry form requires. You can add details like age or insurance, but they are optional.
Compare hospital quotes
Submitting takes you straight to your quotes page — no waiting for a call back. Choose the procedure you need there, and the hospital quotes appear. Each HealAssist quote shows the package price at current live rates, what the package includes and excludes, and a doctor listed at that hospital. See what your quote includes.
Book and get coordinated care
Book a consultation from the hospital's or doctor's page on HealAssist — or ask your HealAssistant to set it up. From there your HealAssistant coordinates your admission end-to-end: empanelment verification, bed availability, and scheme paperwork.
What does HealAssist cost you?
HealAssist charges patients no platform fee, no service fee, no subscription fee, and no booking fee — and takes no commission or margin from what you pay. The consultation (OPD) fee you pay when booking is the hospital's or doctor's own fee, not HealAssist's: HealAssist collects it and passes the entire amount to the hospital.

What happens after you book?
Your HealAssistant stays with you through treatment: coordinating admission, verifying empanelment, and handling scheme paperwork so you are not turned away at the counter. HealAssist support is available 24/7 on phone, WhatsApp, and email — here is how to reach us.
