Request an ambulance, meals or a place to stay

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Open Services in your HealAssist account and choose what you need — an ambulance transfer, patient meals, a stay, a pickup, a drop, or a discharge kit. You need an active case, which opens automatically when you book through HealAssist. Meals, accommodation and inter-hospital ambulance transfer are free to you.
Treatment is rarely just the treatment. Getting to the hospital, eating while you are there, and finding somewhere for your family to sleep are all part of it. You can ask HealAssist for help with these from your account, while your treatment is under way.
How do I request a support service?
Open Services in your account
Go to Services in your HealAssist account. It finds your active case for you.
Choose what you need
Pick from an ambulance transfer, patient meals, a stay, a pickup from home, a drop home, or a discharge kit.
HealAssist confirms it with you
Your request is recorded and the team reaches out. Each request is confirmed individually — the Services page shows you where each one stands.
Why do I need an active case?
Support services are attached to a course of treatment, not to your account in general — that is how HealAssist knows which hospital to send an ambulance to and which admission your meals belong to. A case opens automatically when you book an appointment or a procedure through HealAssist, so if you have booked, you have one.
If the Services page says you have no active case, it means no treatment is currently under way on your account. Book through HealAssist, or speak to your HealAssistant.
