We coordinate your admission end-to-end

Your HealAssistant coordinates your hospital admission end-to-end — verifying empanelment, confirming bed availability, and preparing insurance or scheme paperwork — so you are not turned away at the counter. Your HealAssistant collects your admission date and documents from you directly and handles the coordination with the hospital.
Getting admitted for a planned procedure involves more than showing up: the hospital must recognize your insurer or scheme, a bed must be ready, and the paperwork must be complete. Your HealAssistant handles that coordination for you.
What your HealAssistant coordinates
Empanelment verification
Before your admission date, HealAssist verifies the hospital is empanelled with your insurer, TPA, or government scheme, so your cashless or scheme claim is recognized at the counter.
Bed availability
Your HealAssistant confirms bed availability with the hospital for your admission date and room category.
Insurance and scheme paperwork
Pre-authorization documents, scheme paperwork, and identity documents are prepared and shared with the hospital in advance, so the admission counter has what it needs.
Through to discharge
Coordination does not stop at the door: your HealAssistant audits the final bill before discharge payment, and HealAssist support stays reachable 24/7 on phone, WhatsApp, and email throughout your stay.
Travel, meals, and stay support
Patients with an active HealAssist case can request planned ambulance transfer between hospitals, pickup and drop, meals, a discharge kit, or accommodation support through their HealAssistant — availability is confirmed for each request.
