Report a doctor, a hospital, or your HealAssistant

File a complaint while signed in and pick who it is about: HealAssist itself, a doctor you booked, a hospital you booked, or your HealAssistant. The list comes from your own bookings and cases. Choose the category that fits, describe what happened, and HealAssist tells you in your account inbox when it is resolved.
A complaint that does not say who it is about is a complaint someone has to guess at. When you file while signed in, HealAssist asks you directly — and the answer travels with the complaint.
How do I say who the complaint is about?
Sign in and open Complaints
Go to Complaints in your HealAssist account. The subject question only appears when you are signed in — an anonymous complaint has no bookings to draw a list from.
Answer "Who is this complaint about?"
The list is built from your own history: the doctors you booked, the hospitals you booked, and your HealAssistant on an open case. If none of them is the right answer, leave it on HealAssist itself.
Pick the category and describe what happened
The categories are service quality, billing, staff behaviour, cleanliness, medical error, and other. The description is what the team reads — be specific about what happened, where, and when.
Why does naming the subject matter?
Because "the surgeon was rude" and "Dr Sharma at Apollo, on 3 March, was rude" are two very different complaints to receive. Naming the doctor, the hospital or your HealAssistant means the HealAssist team knows who to take it up with, without having to write back and ask you first — which is time you have already spent once.
It also means HealAssist can see a pattern. One complaint about a hospital is an incident. Several is a signal.
Can I complain about my HealAssistant?
Yes. Your HealAssistant is the HealAssist coordinator running your case, and they are as much a part of the service as anyone else. Choosing them as the subject attaches the complaint to your case, so the team reading it can see exactly which treatment, and which coordinator, you mean.
Staff behaviour is usually the right category, but pick whichever fits what actually happened.
What happens after I report someone?
Your complaint goes to the HealAssist team with the subject attached. It moves from open to assigned to in progress, and you can follow it in your account. HealAssist commits to resolving complaints within one day, and when yours is resolved a notification arrives in your account inbox.
What a complaint does not do is act on the doctor or the hospital by itself. It is a report to HealAssist, and HealAssist decides what to do with it — it is not a regulatory filing, and it does not remove a doctor from the platform on its own.
