How patient reviews are verified on HealAssist

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
A HealAssist review is tied to a real person and a real visit: you verify your mobile number, and a hospital or doctor can only be reviewed by someone who had a confirmed or completed appointment with them. Reviews from paying patients carry a "Verified Patient" badge. Start yours anytime at healassist.in/reviews.
Reviews are how patients choose a surgeon, so a review’s weight has to be earned. HealAssist verifies two things before a hospital or doctor review is published: that a real person wrote it, and that they actually went.
What does "verified" actually mean?
Two checks, both enforced by the system rather than promised. First, identity: a review starts from a verified mobile number — yours if you are signed in, or one you confirm with an OTP if you are not. Second, the visit: a review of a hospital or a doctor can only be posted by someone who had a confirmed or completed appointment with that hospital or doctor. Paying for something unrelated on HealAssist does not buy the right to review a surgeon you never saw.
The badge on a published review tells you which kind it is: "Verified Patient" means the reviewer’s payment succeeded on HealAssist; "Verified Consultation" marks other verified reviewers. Reviews about HealAssist itself — the platform or your HealAssistant — need no hospital visit, because they are about HealAssist.
How do I write a review?
Go to healassist.in/reviews
Signed in, HealAssist uses your mobile number automatically. Signed out, enter your mobile number and confirm the OTP.
Pick who the review is about and write it
A hospital or doctor you visited, or HealAssist itself. You can choose to post anonymously — your review is still verified the same way, but your name is not shown with it.
It is screened, then published
Every submitted review is screened first. Clean text is approved automatically; anything the screen flags goes to a HealAssist team member before it can appear.
