A HealAssist quote shows each hospital's package price at current live rates, what the package includes and excludes, hospital stats like expected stay, and a doctor listed at that hospital. Badges mark the best-priced and closest hospitals. If a hospital has not published a price, you see "Price on request" — never an invented number.
Your HealAssist quotes page lists one card per hospital. Here is what every field on that card means — and what is deliberately not on it.
What each part of the quote means
| On the card | What it tells you |

| Package price | The hospital's current live package price for your procedure. It locks when you book. Hospitals without a published price show "Price on request". |
| Inclusions & exclusions | Exactly what the hospital's package covers and what it does not — read both before comparing on price alone. |
| Hospital stats | Procedure facts the hospital reports, such as expected recovery timeline and whether it is a day-care or inpatient stay. |
| Doctor | A doctor listed at that hospital, with qualifications. It is drawn from the hospital's listed doctors — it is not an assignment, and it is not necessarily who will treat you. Your treating doctor is confirmed with the hospital when you book. |
| Badges | At most two: "Best price" on the lowest-priced hospital and "Closest to you" on the nearest one. No other ranking exists. |
What is deliberately not on your quote card?
Your quote card carries no savings percentage, no marked-up "original" price to compare against, and no instalment figure. If you want help with financing, your HealAssistant can connect you with financing partners — it is arranged off-platform, never at checkout. Your quoted price is protected by the price-lock.
