Request your data export at healassist.in/account/data-export. HealAssist prepares the file in the background and emails you a download link when it is ready. The link works for 72 hours, and you can request an export once every 30 days — so download the file as soon as the email arrives.
India’s Digital Personal Data Protection Act gives you the right to a copy of the personal data a company holds about you. On HealAssist you exercise that right yourself, from your account — you do not need to write to anyone.
How to request your HealAssist data export
Open the data-export page
Sign in and go to healassist.in/account/data-export. This page is not currently listed in the account menu, so go to the address directly.
Request the export
Ask for your data. HealAssist queues the job and builds your file in the background — there is nothing to wait on-screen for, and you can close the page.
Watch your email
When the file is ready, HealAssist emails you a download link. This email is the only way the link reaches you — it is not sent by SMS or WhatsApp, and it does not appear anywhere in the HealAssist app.
Download within 72 hours
The link stays valid for 72 hours from the moment your file is ready. Save the file somewhere safe once you have it.
Your export link arrives by email and nowhere else
The HealAssist data export is delivered by email only. There is no page in your HealAssist account that shows a past export or lets you fetch the link again, and the link is not re-sent. If your account has no email address on it, add one before you request the export — otherwise there is no way for the file to reach you.
