Correct your personal data on HealAssist
Last reviewed
हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Go to healassist.in/account/correction-request, pick the detail that is wrong, and tell HealAssist what it should say. A team member reviews it — HealAssist says it will review within 30 days — and the outcome lands as a notification in your account. Your name, display name, date of birth, city, bio and profile photo can all be corrected this way.
If HealAssist holds a detail about you that is wrong, you have the right to have it corrected. You ask from your account, a HealAssist team member reviews it, and the outcome arrives as a notification in your HealAssist account.
Which details can be corrected?
| Detail | Can it be corrected here? |
|---|---|
| Your name | Yes |
| Your display name | Yes |
| Your date of birth | Yes |
| Your city | Yes |
| Your bio | Yes |
| Your profile photo | Yes |
| Your mobile number | No — it is how you sign in. Change it in your profile, where HealAssist verifies the new number with an OTP. |
| Your email address | No — it is a sign-in identifier, not profile data. There is no email-change form today; an email is attached to your account when you sign in with Google or Apple. |
How to request a correction
Open the correction page
Sign in and go to healassist.in/account/correction-request. You can also reach it from Account → Security & data.
Pick the detail that is wrong
Choose it from the list. Every detail offered there is one HealAssist can actually change — there is nothing on that list that cannot be applied.
Say what it should be
Give the correct value, and a short reason. The reason is what the reviewer reads, so if you have proof — a document that shows the right date of birth, say — mention it.
Wait to hear back
A HealAssist team member reviews your request; HealAssist says it will review within 30 days. When it is decided, a notification lands in your HealAssist account telling you whether it was approved. If your account has an email address, HealAssist also emails you the outcome along with the reason given.
