Your consent history

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Open Consent history under Security in your HealAssist account. It lists every permission you have given and every one you have withdrawn, with the channel, the purpose and the date. It is a record, not a switch — to change what HealAssist sends you, use notification preferences.
Somewhere between an enquiry form, a signup and a settings toggle, you agreed to something. HealAssist keeps a record of each of those moments, and you can read it.
Where do I find my consent history?
Open your account
Go to Consent history, under Security.
Read the list
Each row is one decision: the channel it applies to, what it was for, whether you gave it or took it back, and when.
Why do I see permissions from before I had an account?
Because they are yours. HealAssist keeps two consent records: one for what you change inside your account, and one for what you agreed to on a form — an enquiry, a callback request — at a time when you had no account yet. Your consent history merges both, matching the older records to you by the phone number or email address you used on that form.
This is deliberate. A permission you gave before signing up is still a permission you gave, and hiding it from you would defeat the purpose of the page.
How do I withdraw a permission?
For anything tied to your HealAssist account, open notification preferences and switch it off. The change is recorded, and you will see it appear in your consent history as a withdrawal.
A permission you gave on a form before you had an account cannot be switched off from this page. It can still be withdrawn: reply STOP to any HealAssist SMS or WhatsApp message to stop marketing on that number, or use the unsubscribe link at the bottom of a HealAssist marketing email.
