Support after you go home

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Your HealAssist case stays open after discharge — it runs on through the final bill until it closes. Three things stay available to you: the wellness check-ins on day 1, 7 and 30; the support services attached to your case; and a complaint if something went wrong. In an emergency, call 112, or 108 for an ambulance.
Leaving the hospital feels like the end of it. On HealAssist it is not: your case stays open, and so does everything attached to it.
Your case does not close at discharge
Discharge is one stage of a HealAssist case, not the last one. After it come the final bill, the payment, and only then a closed case. You can see exactly which stage yours is at, in plain words, on the case page in your account.
This matters because everything HealAssist attaches to a case — your HealAssistant, your support services, your check-ins — stays with you until the case actually closes.
What is still available after discharge
| What | Where |
|---|---|
| Wellness check-ins on day 1, 7 and 30 | On your case page in your HealAssist account |
| Support services on your case | Services in your HealAssist account |
| A complaint about anything that went wrong | Complaints in your HealAssist account |
What if something went wrong?
File a complaint from your HealAssist account and say who it is about — the hospital, the doctor, or your HealAssistant. HealAssist commits to resolving complaints within one day, and a notification reaches your account inbox when yours is resolved.
A dispute about a bill is a complaint too. If the final bill is not what you were told to expect, do not sit on it — the case is still open, which is exactly when it is easiest to sort out.
