Tell HealAssist what the help center is missing

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
If a HealAssist help search does not answer your question, use the form on the search page to say what was missing. It needs no account and carries your search with it. It arrives anonymously, so nobody can reply. If your problem is with your care or a bill, file a complaint from your account instead.
A help center is only as good as its gaps are known. When you search for something and come back empty, that is information — and it is information only you have.
How do I report a missing answer?
Search first
Use the search on the HealAssist help center. What you typed is sent along with your report, so the team can see exactly what you were looking for.
Say what you expected to find
The more specific, the more useful: "I wanted to know whether my wife can stay overnight" beats "nothing useful here".
Pass the security check and send
Like any report sent without signing in, it asks you to complete a short security check first. Then it goes.
What happens to what I send?
It reaches HealAssist as an anonymous report, filed in the same place as any other report the team reads, with the search that failed you attached to it. There is no reply — you are reporting a gap, not opening a conversation — and a good report is one you later see filled by an article that was not there before.
