Open Account → Appointments and reschedule the appointment to a new slot. You keep the same doctor and the same hospital — a reschedule moves the time only. No new payment is taken, and nothing is refunded. To change doctor or hospital, cancel and book again.
If the appointment still suits you but the time does not, move it rather than cancelling. Rescheduling keeps your booking and your payment intact — only the slot changes.
How do you reschedule?
Open Account → Appointments
Sign in and find the appointment you want to move.
Pick a new slot
Choose to reschedule and select a new available slot for the same doctor. Your old slot is released and the new one is taken in a single step, so it cannot be lost in between.
That is it — no payment changes
Nothing is charged and nothing is refunded when you reschedule. Your original payment carries over to the new slot.
What can a reschedule not change?
A reschedule moves the time. It cannot change the doctor and it cannot change the hospital, and it cannot move the appointment to a time that has already passed.
If you want a different doctor or a different hospital, cancel the appointment and book the one you want. How to cancel.
