How to book an appointment for a family member

हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Save the person once under Account → Family. Then, when you book, switch the booking from yourself to them and pick them from the list. The appointment is made in their name, and it stays in your HealAssist account.
Most people booking a consultation on HealAssist are not booking it for themselves. They are booking for a parent, a spouse, a child. HealAssist expects that.
How to book for someone else
Save them under Family, once
Go to Account → Family and add the person. You only do this once — after that they are there for every future booking.
When booking, switch from yourself to them
On the booking form, change who the appointment is for and pick the person from your saved family members. The details go in under their name, not yours.
Book and pay as usual
The rest of the booking is exactly the same. The appointment appears in your HealAssist account, because you made it — it is you who can cancel or reschedule it.
Whose account does the appointment live in?
Yours. A family member on HealAssist is a person saved on your account, not a separate login. The appointment is in their name, but it sits in your HealAssist account and you are the one who manages it.
HealAssist also checks that the family member genuinely belongs to your account before it will book for them, so nobody can book an appointment against someone else’s family.
