How to unsubscribe from HealAssist marketing emails
Last reviewed
हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Scroll to the bottom of any HealAssist marketing email and click Unsubscribe. That is the whole thing — no sign-in, no form. Booking and payment messages will still reach you, because those are not marketing.
Every marketing email HealAssist sends has an unsubscribe link at the bottom. Clicking it takes effect immediately — you do not need to sign in, and there is nothing to fill in. Use the link in the message itself: if your email app shows its own Unsubscribe button at the top, that one does not work with HealAssist mail today.
What the unsubscribe link covers
| Message | Stopped by unsubscribing? |
|---|---|
| Offers and promotions by email | Yes. That is what it is for. |
| Booking, appointment and payment emails | No. Not marketing — they keep coming. |
| HealAssist SMS messages | No. SMS is a separate setting under Account, then Notification preferences. |
| HealAssist WhatsApp messages | No. WhatsApp is a separate setting under Account, then Notification preferences. |
An old email has a dead link
The unsubscribe link stops working 30 days after the email was sent. If you have gone digging through an old HealAssist email and the link tells you it is invalid, that is why — it has not broken, it has expired. Find a more recent HealAssist email and use the link in that one instead. If you have a HealAssist account, you can also open Account, then Notification preferences, and switch offers and promotions off there, whatever the age of the email.
