How to change your mobile number

Go to Account, then Profile, and change your mobile number there. HealAssist sends a one-time code to the NEW number — enter it and the change is made. You need access to the new SIM, because that is where the code arrives.
Your mobile number is how HealAssist knows who you are — it is what you sign in with, and where your appointment updates go. So changing it takes one extra step: proving you actually hold the new number.

Your current mobile number is shown there, with the option to change it.
Enter the new number
HealAssist sends a one-time code by SMS — to the NEW number, not the old one.
Enter the code
That confirms the number is yours, and the change is made. Your account, your bookings and your wallet all come with you — nothing is lost.
