See and sign out devices on your HealAssist account
Last reviewed
हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Go to Account → Active sessions to see every device signed in to your HealAssist account. Sign out any device you do not recognise, or sign out of all your other devices at once. The device you are using always stays signed in — to leave that one, use the normal Sign out.
If you have signed in to HealAssist on a phone, a laptop and a friend’s tablet, all three stay signed in until something signs them out. Active sessions is where you see them and take them away.
How to see and sign out your devices
Open Active sessions
Sign in and go to Account → Security & data → Active sessions. It lists the devices currently signed in to your HealAssist account.
Sign out anything you do not recognise
Sign out that device. It loses access to your HealAssist account immediately — the next thing it tries to do is refused, rather than waiting for a session to run out.
Or sign out all your other devices at once
If you would rather not work out which device is which, sign out of all your other devices in one go. The device you are holding stays signed in, so you are not locked out of the screen you are working on.
Why can’t I sign out the device I am using?
The device you are on cannot be signed out from the Active sessions list — HealAssist refuses, so that you cannot accidentally sign yourself out of the screen you are working on. The same is true of signing out all your other devices: that leaves the current one alone. To sign out of the device in front of you, use the ordinary Sign out.
