How do I add an email address to my account?

There is no self-service way to add one. The profile screen has no email field, and signing up with your mobile number never asks for one. An email address only reaches your account if you signed in with Google or Apple. If you need one added, contact HealAssist support.

Can I change my mobile number here?

Yes, but it works differently from the other fields — HealAssist sends a one-time code to the new number to confirm it is yours before the change is made.

If I change my name, does it change my past bookings?

No. Your profile name is how HealAssist addresses you now. Bookings and receipts you have already made keep the details they were made with.

Go to Account, then Profile. You can change your name, display name, city, date of birth, a short bio and your photo. Your mobile number is changed separately, with a code sent to the new number.

Your HealAssist profile holds the details HealAssist uses to identify you and address you. Most of it you can change whenever you like.

If you have gone looking for it, you have not missed it — it is not there. HealAssist signs you up with your mobile number, and an email address is optional. The only way an email address ends up on your account today is if you signed in with Google or Apple, which brings your email with it. If you signed up with your mobile number and you want an email on your account, contact HealAssist support — there is no self-service way to add one.
