There is no single validity period — each HealAssist voucher carries its own expiry date, fixed at the moment it is issued. You will find that date, and the voucher’s terms, next to the voucher in My orders in your account. Use the voucher before that date.
HealAssist vouchers do not all last the same length of time. Each voucher is issued with its own expiry date, and that date does not change afterwards.
Where do I find my voucher’s expiry date?
Open My orders in your HealAssist account. Every voucher is listed there with its code, its expiry date and its terms. That date is the one that counts — it is set when the voucher is issued to you.
What do the voucher terms tell me?
The terms shown with your voucher come from the offer it was issued against. They set out what the voucher covers and where it can be used — for example whether it is valid at every HealAssist partner hospital or only at named ones. Read them alongside the expiry date before you book.
