Bring your voucher code
Open the voucher in your HealAssist account, or download the voucher pass so you have it even without a signal at the hospital.
Show the code at reception
Present your voucher at the hospital reception. Your pass shows the voucher code and a QR code, so the hospital has what it needs. There is nothing for you to activate or mark as used — HealAssist records the redemption against your voucher.
