Where to find the voucher you bought

Go to Account → Wallet. Every voucher you have bought is listed there under "Your vouchers". Tap one to open its pass, which shows the voucher code, the expiry date, and the hospitals where you can use it. You can download it as a PDF or print it.
When you buy a HealAssist voucher, the code is sent to you — but you do not have to keep that message. Your voucher lives in your HealAssist wallet, and you can open it any time.
How to find your voucher
Open your HealAssist wallet
Sign in and go to Account → Wallet. Under "Your vouchers" you will see every voucher you have bought, with its name, its code and when it expires.
Tap the voucher to open its pass
The pass is the full version: a QR code, the voucher code in large type, the expiry date, the hospitals where it can be used — with their address and phone number — and the terms.
Download or print it, if you want a copy
You can download the pass as a PDF or print it. Handy if you would rather not hunt for it on your phone at a hospital reception desk.
