Open your employer’s HealAssist page, enter your name, work email, phone number and employee id, and pick the specialty you need. If your employer’s benefit is free, your voucher code appears immediately on the screen. Your voucher is also saved in My orders in your HealAssist account.
Some employers arrange HealAssist health vouchers for their staff. If yours does, you claim the voucher yourself from your company’s HealAssist page — you do not need to go through your HR team to get the code.
How do I claim my employer health voucher?
Open your employer’s HealAssist page
Your employer shares the link. The page shows which specialties your company’s benefit covers.
Enter your work details
Give your name, work email, phone number and employee id, then choose the specialty you need care in.
Get your voucher code
If your employer’s benefit is free, the code is issued straight away and shown on the screen. If your employer’s benefit is a paid one, you complete the payment first and the code follows.
Use it at the hospital
Show the code at reception, or give it to your HealAssistant when they arrange your appointment.
Where can I find my voucher again later?
Your employer voucher is saved in My orders in your HealAssist account, with its code and the date it expires — as long as you are signed in with the same mobile number you gave on the claim form.
