Find hospitals that accept your insurer for cashless

Choose your city, your specialty and then your insurer to see the hospitals empanelled with that insurer for cashless treatment. Where HealAssist has the details, the list also shows the hospital’s TPA desk and its typical approval time. A hospital appearing on the list is the starting point; your cashless pre-authorization is what confirms it.
A cashless hospital is one where your insurer settles the approved bill directly with the hospital, so you are not paying the full amount up front and claiming it back. To see the hospitals empanelled with YOUR insurer for cashless treatment, use the insurer-specific list — choose your city, your specialty, and then your insurer.
How to find cashless hospitals for your insurer
Choose your city and the specialty you need
HealAssist has no national "search by insurer" list. City and specialty come first, because empanelment is a hospital-by-hospital fact, not a nationwide one.
Pick your insurer
Insurer names come from the live HealAssist payer directory, so what you see is what HealAssist actually holds data for.
Open the cashless hospitals list
You get the hospitals empanelled with that insurer for cashless treatment in that city and specialty. Hospitals that only have a reimbursement arrangement with the insurer are left out of this list.
Read the TPA desk and pre-auth columns
Each row shows the hospital and whether pre-authorization is required. Where HealAssist holds the details, it also shows the TPA desk that handles that hospital’s claims for your insurer and the typical cashless approval time — these are not filled in for every hospital.
What the cashless list does not show you
HealAssist publishes the name of the TPA desk handling a hospital’s claims, but never that desk’s phone number, email or contact person — those are deliberately not published. If you need to reach the desk on the day of admission, your HealAssistant does that for you rather than sending you to a counter to figure it out.
