Open the HealAssist sign-in page, enter your mobile number or email address, and tap Send OTP. Type the 6-digit code to verify. If you are new, add your full name and date of birth (you must be 18 or older) and tap Create account. Existing users are signed in by the same flow.
A HealAssist account lets you request hospital quotes, book consultations, and track your treatment in one place. Creating one takes a mobile number or an email address — verification happens with a one-time password (OTP), so there is no password to remember.
How do you create a HealAssist account?
Open the sign-in page
Go to the sign-in page (on a phone, you can also tap "Me" in the bottom tab bar and choose sign in).
Enter your mobile number or email
Type it into the "Email or mobile number" field. If a friend shared an 8-digit referral code, add it under "Have a referral code?" on this same screen. Then tap Send OTP.
Verify the 6-digit OTP
Enter the 6-digit code you receive and tap Verify. This sign-in code is valid for 10 minutes.
Complete your account
New users see a "Complete your account" step: enter your full name and date of birth (you must be 18 or older). Display name and city are optional. Tap Create account — you are signed in.
How long is your OTP valid?
Your HealAssist sign-in OTP is valid for 10 minutes. After 5 failed attempts, OTP verification for your number or email is locked for 15 minutes as a security measure — wait and request a fresh code.
