If you open a HealAssist quote you were sent and it tells you the link has expired, you have not lost anything — the quote was never holding a price for you. Here is what actually expired, and what to do instead.

A HealAssist quote link works for 30 days from the day the quote was made. That is the life of the link itself — the way HealAssist knows the person opening it is entitled to see it.
It is not a price guarantee, and HealAssist does not make one. HealAssist does not freeze a price when it builds your quote: each time the quote is opened, it reads the hospital’s price as it currently stands on HealAssist. So a quote you open today shows today’s price, whether it was created this morning or three weeks ago. Your price is locked when you book — not before.
What to do when your quote link has expired
Start a new search
Go back to HealAssist and search for the same procedure in your city. You will get a new quote with current prices.
Compare again — prices may have moved
Because prices are read fresh each time, the hospitals that were cheapest a month ago may not be now. Treat the new quote as a new comparison rather than assuming it matches the old one.
