What does "EMI available" on a package mean?

Quick answer

It means financing can be arranged for that hospital’s package — through HealAssist’s partner financiers (Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital, Arogya Finance, SaveIN), who offer 0% EMI options for 3–6 months. It is not a payment button: there is no instalment checkout on HealAssist. Ask your HealAssistant to connect you with a financier.

Some hospital procedure pages on HealAssist carry an "EMI available" badge next to the price. It answers one question — can financing be arranged for this package? — and it is worth knowing exactly what it does and does not promise.

What the badge does and does not mean

The badge is set for a specific hospital and procedure by HealAssist’s team. Where you see it, financing can be arranged for that package with HealAssist’s partner financiers — Bajaj Finserv, Tata Capital, Arogya Finance and SaveIN — who offer 0% EMI options for 3–6 months.

What it is not: a payment option. There is no EMI or instalment checkout anywhere on HealAssist — the financing itself happens with the financier, off HealAssist, and the badge does not mean any particular patient will be approved. The financier decides that.

How to act on the badge

  1. Tell your HealAssistant you want financing

That is the whole mechanism: your HealAssistant connects you with a partner financier for the package you are considering.

  2. The financier takes it from there

Terms, tenure and approval are between you and the financier. HealAssist does not process the application and cannot promise an outcome.
