Brochures, policy wordings and network lists

Open the offer page on HealAssist. Where a document exists, you will find a link to the brochure, the policy wordings and the network hospital list, and each opens as a PDF. Employer-provided vouchers publish their documents on your employer’s own HealAssist page instead.
A HealAssist offer is more than a price. Where the offer provider supplies them, three documents sit alongside it — and between them they answer most of the questions a patient has before buying.
What each offer document tells you
| Document | What it is for |
|---|---|
| Brochure | A plain-language summary of what the offer includes and who it is aimed at. Start here. |
| Policy wordings | The full terms of the offer, in the provider’s own words. This is where exclusions and conditions are stated — read it before you buy, not after. |
| Network hospital list | The hospitals where the offer can be used. Check that a hospital you would actually travel to is on it. |
Where do I find an offer’s documents?
On the offer’s own page on HealAssist. Where a document has been supplied, a link to it appears there, and it opens as a PDF you can read or save.
What about my employer’s health voucher?
An employer voucher is not a public HealAssist offer, so its documents are not on the public offer pages. They are published on your employer’s own HealAssist page — the same page where you claimed the voucher.
