What does my referral status mean?
Last reviewed
हिन्दी में पढ़ेंQuick answer
Credited means the reward is in your HealAssist wallet. Waiting for first payment means your friend has signed up but not yet paid for anything on HealAssist — your reward lands when they do. Under review means it is being checked before crediting. Your friend is credited at signup, so they are paid before you are.
Your HealAssist referral screen shows a status against each person you referred. The statuses look similar, but they mean quite different things — and the most common confusion is a fair one: your friend is rewarded before you are.
What each referral status means
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Credited | The reward has been added to your HealAssist wallet. You can spend it at checkout. |
| Waiting for first payment | Your friend has signed up with your code, but has not yet made a payment on HealAssist. Your reward is waiting on that payment — not on a booking. |
| Under review | The reward is being checked before it is credited. This is a routine check, and you do not need to do anything. |
Why did my friend get their reward before I got mine?
Because the two rewards are triggered by different things. Your friend’s reward is a signing-up reward — it is credited to them the moment they create their HealAssist account with your code, with nothing else required. Your reward is a different one: it depends on your friend actually using HealAssist, and it is credited after their first successful payment.
That first payment does not have to be an appointment booking — buying a voucher counts too.
