Open the government schemes page on HealAssist. Every supported scheme appears there as a card, and opening one takes you to that scheme’s own page — what it covers, how the claim works, and which documents you need.

Finding hospitals and rates for a scheme

The scheme’s own page explains the scheme. To see which hospitals near you take it — and, where HealAssist holds them, the scheme’s package rates — go through your city and your treatment instead: pick your city and the treatment you need, and open the government schemes section there. That is the view that is scoped to where you are and what you need done.

Government scheme rates are public, so HealAssist shows them wherever it holds them. If you cannot find a rate for your procedure, it means HealAssist does not hold that one yet — not that the scheme will not cover you. Ask your HealAssistant.

Private insurance rates work differently: they are negotiated commercial terms, and HealAssist does not publish them. What your own policy pays is worked out through a coverage check.
