Start with your city, then the specialty you need — that is how HealAssist finds doctors for you. From the list you can narrow by experience, consultation fee, rating or hospital. Hospitals work the same way, and can also be filtered by procedure, area and distance.
HealAssist does not have a single search box that looks across everything. You get to a doctor or a hospital by narrowing down: first your city, then what you need treated. Once you know that, it is quick.
How to find a doctor on HealAssist
Choose your city
Everything on HealAssist is scoped to a city, so this comes first. Use the city picker in the header.
Choose the specialty
Pick the area of medicine you need — for example cardiology or orthopaedics. HealAssist builds the doctor list from your city and that specialty.
Narrow the list
On the list you can filter by years of experience, consultation-fee range, rating, and the hospital a doctor practises at, and sort by relevance, rating, experience or fee.
Open a doctor’s page
It shows their qualifications, how long they have practised, the languages they speak, and the hospitals they practise at — and it is where you book. The consultation fee is shown on the doctor list you came from, and again when you book.
Finding a hospital works the same way, with more filters
Open the hospital list for your city. HealAssist can narrow it by specialty, by the specific procedure you need, by area of the city, by hospital type and by distance from you — and sort it by price or by how close a hospital is. That is more than the doctor list offers, so if price is what you are comparing, start from hospitals rather than doctors.
A hospital’s page shows its doctors, its procedures with prices, which insurers it works with, its facilities and its photos.
